Negligent behavior includes drunk driving, reckless driving, tailgating, distracted driving, road rage, speeding, running red lights or traffic signs, etc.
When a driver is found guilty of any of the acts mentioned above, they will be liable to pay compensation to the accident victim. Compensation covers medical bills, lost wages, vehicle repairs, emotional harm, and other out-of-pocket expenses made by the victim in the course of treatment.
